Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unworn (only tried on), unwashed, and unaltered
• In original condition, including all tags and packaging

How to return your order:

Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

2. Choose your return option

• Refund to original payment method
  → A shipping fee of €5.90 will be deducted
• Store Credit
  → Full amount + €5 bonus for your next purchase
• Exchange
  → A shipping fee of €5.90 will be deducted

3. Send your item back
After confirmation, you can return your order to the address below.
Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.

Processing & Refunds
Once your return has been received, it will be processed within 14 days.
