Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
In the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.
The reimbursement shall be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their nature, properties, and functioning.
Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, for example engraved, customized, or personalized jewelry.
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery, for example sealed earrings or body jewelry.
